Call Center Village explores the tools, platforms, and techniques behind modern voice-based social engineering - covering both AI-powered call agents and live human operators.

The Escalation Desk

Our beginner-friendly Social Engineering CTF. The centerpiece is a voice-only social engineering challenge that starts simple and ramps up in difficulty. Participants face off against AI "call center" bots, with the final level escalating to a real, U.S.-based call center. Complete the challenge to earn bragging rights and the Golden Telephone Booth trophy.

The Learning Line

Learn the digital toolset for voice engineering. See demonstrations of open-source voice cloning, AI voice integration, and telephony tooling. Expect hands-on demos with Asterisk dial plans, LiveKit, and other voice and AI technologies - along with some fun (and familiar) audio surprises.

The Demarcation Demo

Showcasing a mix of physical and digital telecom and security tools spanning telephony, radio, access control, and hardware hacking.

Interactive Phone Booth

A full-size British-style phone booth with interactive payphone extensions - perfect for hands-on exploration, selfies, and sticker coverage.
